Setting up Bose Speaker 300
Download the free Bose Music application for iOS or Android. Launch the program and perform the setup steps. Plug your device into an outlet. Activate Bluetooth® on your smart phone. If you haven’t already, login into the Bose Music application.
Enable Location Service, Local Access Network, and Bluetooth if prompted. This helps the software discover and operate your device. The app can’t locate your products without them. Choose speakers & soundbars. Slide left or right to locate your model, then hit Add Product. Add an item by tapping the My Bose symbol in upper-left and then tapping the Plus button.
Link your speakers to your internet via an Ethernet cable connected to an Internet port. When you login to the application, it will instantly identify you.
After selecting your network name and entering the passcode, hit Connect to establish an internet Connectivity. Input the network information manually by tapping Manually Enter Wi-Fi. The application fails to recognize Wi-Fi items during configuration if you can’t locate your speakers.
After choosing a title for your speaker, press Next. By checking the Yes box in the Sharing window, you allow additional Bose Music users on your system to utilize this product as well. Alternatively, you may choose to retain this item on your profile by selecting No Thanks.
Pairing Bose Speaker 300 with Soundbar 300
Using an AC (mains) socket, attach the soundbar’s power cable. Launch the Bose Music application on your smartphone device. Set up an account if you don’t already have one. Please grant the application permission to use your location services, local network, or Bluetooth® if you are requested to do so.
The software utilizes these to identify and operate your device. Because without your permission, the program will be unable to locate your products.
Choose speakers & soundbars. Slide left or right to locate your item, then hit Add on the Add Product display. Link to your wireless network by selecting it and entering the password. Input the network information manually by tapping Manually Enter Wi-Fi.
Click Next once you’ve given the soundbar a name or entered a customized title. Allow additional Bose Music users on your network to access this product by selecting Yes on the Sharing page. Simply choose No Thanks if you want this product deleted from the public domain. Click Next after connecting an HDMI ARC wire from the soundbar to the TV’s HDMI ARC or eARC port.
When utilizing an auxiliary bass unit or surround speakers, click Connect; else, press Do It Later. Connecting to your Bose Speaker 300 is as simple as tapping Connect. When you’re ready to use your system, hit Get Started.
