If you’re experiencing problems with your computer and need to troubleshoot the problem, you may be able to solve it if you boot into Windows 10 Safe Mode. Safe Mode loads only the minimum number of drivers and services for a working Windows system and helps reduce system conflicts that may have caused a stop error or other serious issues.

Safe mode is a diagnostic mode in your Windows 10 operating system, which either loads only the drivers needed for Windows to load or doesn’t load any third-party drivers at all.
